The room was huge and big size and had a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card as pictured in advertising. The hotel was placed in the central location close to subway station. Besides, it was next to downtown, Osaka and the main shopping area.

Our a double room was equipped with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. The location was COMFY and the staff was extremely helpful and really helpful during the whole stay! And it was walk from a train station.

The room was spacious and clean, with a cool feature where the floor lights up when you enter. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was super convenient for a long trip. the hotel had a great view from the top floor and provided free coffee and tea. It was also located close to two train/subway stations and had shops and eateries nearby. Plus, the free luggage storage after check-out was a nice bonus.
The reception area had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit unpleasant. the nearest train station exit to the hotel may close after a certain time at night, so it's important to plan accordingly.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore popular areas like Umeda and Namba, and I even walked to see Ikasuri Shrine, which was a great experience!
